Loved the fabulous location in the business lounge, so convenient! but, 🤦‍♂️ the breakfast was cold and disappointing.

The location was superb for easy access to Paddington Station, fancy cafes, and top attractions, like Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace - a definite thumbs up from us! The staff were super friendly, letting us store our bags post-checkout so we could see more of the city worry-free - so helpful! The room was comfy and clean, the only downside being the slightly dingy carpet - it's a minor blip in an otherwise fantastic stay! 🌟

During our short transit stay, we appreciated the convenient location which made it easy to reach the train station and nearby attractions. The staff's friendly and accommodating attitude stood out, especially when they upgraded our room without us even asking. The room itself was ambient and comfortable, although the bedding could have been a bit more spacious. The inclusive breakfast was a tasty start to our day, offering a variety of options to choose from. It was a pleasant stopover overall.

The staff were absolute darlings - our little one got handed a cute blueberry cupcake as soon as we walked in, which put a big smile on his face after the long journey. The room was spotless, rain shower was top-notch, and breakfast had plenty of yummy options. The location was fab too, just a short walk to the tube. The only bummer was our room switch; the replacement was tiny and chilling without heating, plus a drafty window, but all in all, it wasn't a dealbreaker! 🌟

The staff, especially OLGA, were incredibly helpful, friendly, and polite. the room service was prompt and efficient, and the housekeeping staff were excellent and extremely accommodating. the breakfasts were fantastic, offering a full English breakfast with fresh fruits and pastries, excellent value for money. the location of the hotel is superb, being very close to both Lancaster Gate and Paddington stations, making it convenient to explore the city. the hotel is just a short walk away from Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, and there are plenty of nice restaurants nearby.

While my overall experience was great, the hotel could improve on the softness of the beds, as they were a bit uncomfortable for longer stays. some rooms might need a bit of updating and thorough dusting to ensure a more pleasant stay for guests.

Wished for a top-floor spot to dodge morning interruptions; the window view could use a makeover.

neat - clean rooms - excellent location. it's super close to paddington underground station - kensington palace, and hyde park. some attractions are walking distance. staff are always friendly and helpful. great value for money.

My family and I had a fantastic time at the V & A Museum's Friday Late event. The performance by Standing on the Corner Art Ensemble was captivating, and the event offered an immersive experience into the world of art and music. The variety of activities and exhibits catered to everyone, making it an enjoyable experience for the whole family.

My wife says that having a dedicated kids' play area at the hotel would have been great for families with children.

The hotel staff were so attentive, it almost felt like I was the Queen of England. The room was clean and cozy, just like a cramped London flat. The location was perfect, with plenty of posh restaurants and cafes nearby.

I adored the superb staff and convenient Paddington location. Our upgraded room with a fully-opening window was a delight. The surrounding attractions were easily accessible. Unfortunately, the sagging bed and basement room with constant noise were disappointing. Despite the challenges, the friendly staff and cleanliness made the stay tolerable.

We also appreciated the easy access to buses and Kensington Gardens.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel. the room was very comfortable, and the service was great. the staff at reception were very helpful, especially the Italian girls. the location was a plus point too, as it was very close to two major underground stations and a big shopping centre. I will definitely choose this place again and highly recommend it.

There were a few things that I didn't like. there were many employees in the reception area who didn't seem to have any specific tasks.

the newly renovated and clean rooms were a delight, and they were cleaned daily. the hotel staff were efficient and friendly, and I didn't need to interact with them daily. They even received a package for me before my arrival and kept it safe. the location, near Paddington station and Hyde Park, was perfect. it was a smooth and enjoyable stay.

The welcoming bar offers a wonderful collection of alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic drinks, and light appetizers in a stylish atmosphere. I had the pleasure of sipping on a delightful cocktail while chatting with fellow travelers, and the cozy ambiance made it feel like a home away from home.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, really near to the tube station, and yet in a tranquil area. The staff were amazing, very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the welcome drink and wine in our room. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed including a soundproofed room. The patio was a nice touch to relax in.

My friends and I had a blast staying close to Lord's cricket ground and attending the Friday Late events at the V & A Museum - so cool! The hotel's location was tops for hitting up these places.

Wish the hotel had more nightlife vibes or party events for us youngins. Just a small thing to make the stay even better.
